It was one of the cheapest at termini location with private bathroom and breakfast. Good value for the money. Breakfast was not the best but she served watermelon and tomatos. It was close to metro (around 5 - 10 minutes) and bus stops (15 minutes)
The owner knows a little english, we can't speak italian as well so there was a big communication problem. We stayed for 3 nights but they did not change any of the towels and sheets. Towels were so rough.

The location was really convenient for us, it was close to the main train station and we could easily get to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they provided us with fresh bed linen and towels every day. We also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was included in our stay, it was a nice way to start our day without having to leave the hotel.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The room was a bit small and cramped, and the bathroom was shared with the other guests. Additionally, the noise from the hallway was a bit bothersome at times. we found the hotel to be average and while it was not a terrible experience, it was not as enjoyable as we had hoped.

Just few mins walk from train station. There's a lift so no need to take the luggage upstair. Very nice staff. Room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is nice and sometimes she would play cd when we're eating :)
It's close to the train station, but it really took me some time to locate the hotel. Our batheroom was although for our own use only, but it's at the end of the corridor, a bit inconvenient.

The room was close to the train and bus station so we only had a few streets to walk after the bus trip from the airport, bags dumped and away. We walked to Colloseum, took metro to Vatican (metro station very near so easy). Walked back from Trevii. Hotel was not expensive and for 2 nights was just what we wanted - room in what seemed to be a house - but separate from the landlady's art. Quiet, clean,
We left at 7 am to catch flight at 10am so missed breakfast - landlady could have put herself out a bit, also did not talk English much. Apart from that just what we needed - a clean bed for the night to visit the sights.

Located near to Termini railway station, this hotel benefits from a prime location surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with great facilities such as fast wifi and fridge.
The hot water pressure in the tiny bathroom is really poor, which can make it difficult to shower comfortably.

Only location, maybe.
The hotel is unworthy its money. It has separated bathroom (which is not stated clearly when i booked it) which you have to lock and unlock every time with a keyand the manager (an old lady whose English is not so good and is hard to understand sometimes) charged us deposit (50 euros) for the safe box. The wall is paper thin and i can hear the snoring of the people next door.

Great location
When we chose our room, the description said our private bathroom would be directly across the hall. This was very deceiving, because it was actually way down the hallway and we had to use a key everytime. It would have been worth the extra money to have a bathroom inside our room.

Great location close to buses, trains and metro, which made it easy to get around. , the proximity to restaurants and a supermarket was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing luggage storage and a good breakfast.
The rooms had thin walls, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably as noise carried through easily. the unexpected city tax charge was a bit of a nuisance.

This hotel is a hidden gem near the train station. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-maintained and equipped with all the basic amenities you need, including air conditioning and a private bathroom. The breakfast provided is delicious and offers a good variety of choices. Plus, the attention to detail is impressive, from the decor to the small balcony in some rooms.
All was well, no major issues.

Leaving
We were suppose to get a room with 2 double beds. What we got was a room with a single queen bed. None of the on-site staff spoke any English. We could barely arrange for a taxi to take us to the airport the next morning. The breakfast was coffee, a couple sweet rolls and bowl of cereal. We needed a full set of keys (1-to building complex, 1-to elevator, 1-to multi-room apartment, 1-to room) to even access the room located on the 3rd floor of what appeared to be a local apartment building. The view was a run down courtyard with laundry hanging about other apartments.

Olga was amazing and extremely accommodating. The breakfast provided is also the best out of all the other bed and breakfast I've stayed at on my Italy trip. This place has a homey feel and it is very quiet and relaxing. Location is great...5minute walk from the Termini station.
